01

1. Website Operator and REALSUCC Positioning

This website is operated under the REALSUCC brand by the applicable REALSUCC operating entity. REALSUCC focuses on payment infrastructure advisory, software solutions, implementation, governance, research and professional advisory services. The contracting entity, service scope and commercial terms for any paid engagement will be identified in the applicable formal commercial documents.

02

2. No Licensed Financial Services Through This Website

Unless a properly authorized legal entity later provides a regulated activity within a clearly disclosed scope, this website itself does not provide banking, deposits, credit, securities brokerage, investment management, insurance, payment accounts, remittance, card issuing, digital-asset custody or other activities requiring a specific financial license.

REALSUCC’s Advisory, Software, Implementation and Governance services do not by themselves make REALSUCC a bank, PSP, issuer, acquirer, money transmitter, broker, investment adviser or other licensed financial institution.

03

3. No Legal, Regulatory, Audit, Tax or Investment Advice

Regulatory, compliance, market, architecture, risk and industry content is provided for general professional information, research and business discussion. It is not formal legal, regulatory, audit, tax, accounting, investment or other advice requiring a specific professional qualification.

04

4. Payment Infrastructure Professional Services Boundary

REALSUCC may provide advisory, software and implementation support relating to payment strategy, business models, architecture, account and funds models, ledger, reconciliation, settlement, Payment Core, Orchestration, Card Platforms, Wallets, Remittance, Operations and Governance.

These services do not mean that REALSUCC assumes a client’s licensing obligations, regulated-entity duties, statutory audit responsibilities, bank custody obligations, safeguarding duties or responsibilities belonging to third-party financial institutions.

05

5. Partners and Technical Integrations

The website may mention banks, PSPs, issuers, card networks, technology providers, risk providers, cloud providers and other professional firms. Technical compatibility, integration capability, industry reference or product support does not by itself establish a formal partnership.

An organization should be described as a partner only where there is a genuine commercial, technical, project or ecosystem relationship and any required authorization has been obtained.

06

6. Third-Party Brands and Trademarks

Third-party names, trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, reference to a third-party name is for identification, compatibility or industry discussion only and does not imply certification, guarantee, approval or endorsement of REALSUCC.

07

7. Research, Data and Market Information

Market data, industry sizing, research conclusions, trends and third-party statistics may come from public sources, external institutions or REALSUCC analysis. We aim to identify sources, dates and scope appropriately, but methodologies differ and data can change.

Before making significant decisions, users should consider the original source, data date, methodology and their own circumstances.

08

8. Forward-Looking Statements

The website may contain forward-looking views on markets, technology, payments, product direction or strategy. Such views are subject to uncertainties including market, technology, regulatory, commercial and customer changes and are not guarantees of future results.

09

9. Software and Product Information

Descriptions of Payment Core, Payment Orchestration, Payment Accounting, Card & Spend Management, Cross-Border Remittance, Digital Wallet or other capabilities are for product and capability information only.

Actual features, deployment, APIs, performance, SLA, licensing, pricing, support and service boundaries are governed by formal product documentation, proposals and contracts.

10

10. Methodologies and Professional Frameworks

HQPI, PIMM, PARS, PQG and other REALSUCC methodologies, frameworks and tools may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other intellectual-property rights. Public descriptions do not place full scoring models, weights, workpapers, templates, rules or internal tools into the public domain.

11

11. Self-Assessments and Checklists

Maturity self-assessments, architecture checks, vendor assessments, reconciliation-readiness tools, quality-gate checklists and similar resources are for preliminary issue identification and internal reference. They are not equivalent to a formal REALSUCC Assessment.

A formal assessment normally requires business and system materials, data, interviews, evidence and professional judgment.

12

12. Client Cases and Practice Scenarios

The website may present authorized client case studies, anonymized cases, practice scenarios or typical scenarios. Illustrative scenarios are not necessarily real clients, and outcomes from real cases do not guarantee the same results for other clients.

13

13. Accuracy and Timeliness

REALSUCC aims to keep website information reasonably accurate and professional but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every jurisdiction or business case. Markets, regulation, standards, third-party products and technology change over time.

14

14. Website Availability and Security

REALSUCC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or vulnerabilities, or compatibility with every device or location. The site may be changed, restricted or suspended for maintenance, security, upgrades, legal requirements or operational reasons.

The public website currently relies primarily on first-party static assets and browser-side preference controls. Optional analytics and marketing tools are not enabled by default. Public forms should transmit information only through configured production endpoints; the offline preview behavior is for demonstration and testing and should not be treated as a production data channel.

15

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the REALSUCC name, logo, website design, text, graphics, research, methodologies, tools, software descriptions and original materials are owned or lawfully used by REALSUCC or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized commercial copying, modification, republication, resale, mirroring or other infringing use is prohibited.

16

16. Linking and Quotation

Users may reasonably link to public REALSUCC pages where doing so is not misleading. Links or framing must not imply undisclosed partnership, certification or endorsement.

Media, researchers and professionals quoting public content should preserve meaning, provide appropriate attribution and, where practical, link to the original source. Substantial commercial republication requires prior permission.

17

17. Geographic Availability

The fact that the website is accessible in a country does not mean every REALSUCC service, software product or engagement model is available, suitable or lawful there. Availability depends on the operating entity, client type, local law, project scope, third-party capability and risk assessment.

18

18. Sanctions and Export Controls

REALSUCC will not provide website materials, software or services in a manner that violates applicable economic sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions or similar laws.

19

19. Professional Independence and Potential Conflicts

Commercial or ecosystem relationships with banks, PSPs, issuers, vendors or technology providers should not replace independent professional judgment. Recommendations should prioritize client needs, risk, technical and commercial fit, and long-term value.

Where a commercial relationship or economic interest materially affects a specific client recommendation, appropriate disclosure should be made through the relevant professional or contractual process.

20

20. No Guarantee of Specific Business Outcomes

Unless expressly agreed in a signed contract, REALSUCC does not promise specific revenue, profit, funding outcomes, transaction volumes, authorization rates, cost reductions, regulatory approvals or other guaranteed future results through the website. Any project KPIs are governed by written agreement.

21

21. Website Submissions and Professional Relationships

Submitting an inquiry, project material or partnership request through a website form, email or other public channel does not automatically create an advisory, client, fiduciary, confidentiality or other professional relationship. Such relationships should be established through an applicable Proposal, NDA, Engagement Letter, SOW, Software Agreement or other written document.

22

22. Confidential and Sensitive Information

The public website is not a dedicated secure channel for highly sensitive information. Unless a later formal mechanism is established, do not submit passwords, private keys, full card data, production credentials, unmasked bulk customer data or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

23

23. Security Vulnerability Reporting

Potential security issues should be reported through official channels. Users must not use security research as a basis to expand an issue, access unauthorized data, bulk-download information, damage systems or disrupt service. A dedicated Vulnerability Disclosure Program may be published separately in the future.

24

24. Priority of Legal Documents and Commercial Contracts

General website use is principally governed by the Terms of Use; personal-information processing by the Privacy Policy; cookies and similar technologies by the Cookie Policy; and this Legal Notice explains public website professional and legal boundaries.

For a formal client engagement, the applicable consulting, software, implementation, NDA, DPA, SOW or other signed agreement governs. Where website documents conflict with a signed agreement on project matters, the signed agreement prevails.

25

25. Legal Entity, Governing Law and Contact Details

Information about the applicable REALSUCC operating entity, registration details and formal contact channels will be disclosed through the website, applicable commercial documents or other legally required notices as appropriate. For a specific engagement, the entity and legal terms stated in the signed agreement prevail.

26

26. Contact Us

Questions about this Legal Notice, professional boundaries or the contracting entity for a proposed project may be submitted through the official REALSUCC Contact page.
