1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02

2. Website Operator and REALSUCC Positioning

This website is operated under the REALSUCC brand by the applicable REALSUCC operating entity. REALSUCC focuses on high-quality payment infrastructure advisory, software solutions and implementation. The contracting entity for any paid engagement will be identified in the applicable proposal, statement of work or other formal commercial document.

03

3. Website Nature and Service Boundaries

The website introduces REALSUCC, its solutions, software, methodologies, research and professional resources, and provides channels for project inquiries, partnerships and careers. The website itself does not create a consulting, software, legal, financial or other professional services contract.

REALSUCC may provide payment infrastructure strategy, business, technology, software, implementation and governance services. Legal, regulatory, audit, tax and other services requiring specific licenses or professional authorization remain the responsibility of the client or appropriately qualified third parties.

04

4. No Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general information, research, professional education and business discussion. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, accounting, tax, investment or licensed financial services advice.

You should not rely solely on this website for material legal, regulatory, financial, investment, technical or business decisions. Seek appropriately qualified advice where required.

05

5. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You may use the website only where lawful and where you have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.

You may reasonably browse public content, download materials expressly made available for download, use public tools, and submit inquiries, partnership requests or career applications. Unless otherwise stated, your right to use the website is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

06

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or unauthorized purposes; attack or disrupt the site; bypass controls; introduce malicious code; or attempt to access non-public systems, administration interfaces, databases, APIs or other unauthorized resources.

Except for reasonable search-engine indexing or express authorization, you may not use bots, crawlers or automation to scrape, mirror, copy or systematically reuse the website at scale. You may not impersonate REALSUCC or falsely claim authorization, certification, partnership or endorsement.

07

7. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the REALSUCC name, marks, website design, text, graphics, research, methodologies, tools, software descriptions, data models, processes, code and other original content are owned by or lawfully licensed to REALSUCC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, republish, commercially exploit or create substantial derivative works. Reasonable internal learning or evaluation does not transfer intellectual property rights.

08

8. Methodologies, Research, Tools and Cases

Public references to HQPI, PIMM, PARS, PQG and other frameworks do not mean that full scoring models, weights, working papers, project templates, proprietary rules or internal tools have been disclosed.

Self-assessments, checklists, scores, classifications or prompts are for preliminary issue identification and do not constitute a formal Assessment. Research, expert perspectives and cases may draw on public materials, third-party information, professional analysis or anonymized practice scenarios and may change as markets, technology and regulation evolve. Case outcomes do not guarantee future results.

09

9. Downloadable Materials and Content License

White papers, reports, checklists, templates and tools expressly made available for download are generally for internal learning, business evaluation and reasonable professional use.

Unless a resource states otherwise, you may not remove copyright or brand notices and republish, redistribute at scale, resell, or use materials to build a commercial repository, training product or service that substantially competes with REALSUCC.

10

10. Accuracy and Updates

REALSUCC seeks to maintain professional and accurate content, but payment markets, regulation, standards, third-party services and technology change quickly. We do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your circumstances at all times.

REALSUCC may update, correct, withdraw, replace or discontinue content, product descriptions or functionality without prior notice.

11

11. Third-Party Content, Links and Relationships

The website may reference banks, payment providers, technology platforms, industry organizations, research institutions or other third parties. A link, brand reference or statement of technical integration capability does not by itself constitute endorsement, warranty or a partnership relationship.

Third-party websites, products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

12

12. Inquiries and Client Relationships

Submitting a project inquiry, Assessment request, software requirement, partnership request or other message through a form, email or public channel does not mean REALSUCC has accepted an engagement or created a client, fiduciary, advisory or other professional relationship.

A commercial or professional services relationship begins only when the relevant parties execute an applicable Proposal, Engagement Letter, Statement of Work, Software Agreement, Consulting Agreement, Implementation Agreement or other definitive written agreement.

13

13. Confidential and Sensitive Information

Public website forms are not designed for exchanging highly sensitive information. At initial contact, do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, full payment credentials, full card data, production access credentials, identity documents or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Unless the parties separately sign an NDA or make another explicit written arrangement, information you voluntarily submit through the public website does not automatically create an independent confidentiality obligation. Appropriate confidentiality, data-processing and access controls can be established when a project requires sensitive information exchange.

14

14. Content You Submit

You represent that you have the right to provide contact information, project descriptions, files, resumes or other content submitted through the website and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.

REALSUCC may use submitted content to the extent necessary to process your inquiry or application, conduct security review or engage in reasonable business communication. Submission does not automatically transfer your intellectual property rights.

15

15. Privacy, Cookies and Data Processing

Personal information is processed in accordance with the REALSUCC Privacy Policy. We may process necessary information to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, arrange business discussions, handle partnership or career applications, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and any available cookie settings. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The current website implementation uses first-party browser storage for consent preferences and may use functional storage for language preference only when allowed by your choice. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are not loaded by default. Production form submissions require a configured endpoint; the offline preview may keep test submissions locally in your browser or generate a local assessment file instead of transmitting them.

16

16. Website Security and Availability

REALSUCC applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the website, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security or permanent availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from vulnerabilities, accessibility in every region or compatibility with every device. REALSUCC may suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the website for maintenance, security, upgrades, legal requirements or other reasonable reasons.

17

17. Software and Service Information

Descriptions of Payment Core, Payment Orchestration, Payment Accounting, Card & Spend Management, Cross-Border Remittance, Digital Wallet and other software capabilities are provided for product and capability information only.

Actual functionality, APIs, deployment, integrations, performance, SLAs, licensing, pricing and service scope are governed by formal product documentation and signed commercial agreements. Website content is not a contractual warranty.

18

18. Service Outcomes and No Guaranteed Results

REALSUCC services are intended to improve payment infrastructure quality, funds accuracy, reliability, architecture, operations or scalability. Outcomes may depend on client systems, data, teams, management decisions, banks, PSPs, third-party systems, market conditions and regulatory environments.

Unless expressly agreed in a definitive written contract, REALSUCC does not guarantee particular revenue, profit, transaction volume, success rates, cost savings, regulatory outcomes or other specified future business results.

19

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in a definitive agreement, REALSUCC disclaims express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, completeness, accuracy and continuous availability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; this provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.

20

20. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REALSUCC and its applicable operating entities, affiliates, officers, employees, advisors, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or losses of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity or business interruption arising from public website access, use, inability to use or reliance on content.

If your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized security activity causes third-party claims or losses, you may be responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21

21. Export Controls, Sanctions and Regional Restrictions

You may not use the website, software, materials or services in a manner that violates applicable export controls, economic sanctions, trade restrictions or related laws.

Global website accessibility does not mean all REALSUCC services are available in every jurisdiction. Availability may depend on client location, place of service, third-party policies and regulatory requirements.

22

22. Careers

Job postings and professional collaboration opportunities may change at any time and do not constitute an employment or engagement commitment. Candidates should provide accurate information and avoid unnecessary highly sensitive information during initial applications.

The employing entity, location, working model, compensation, benefits and contractual relationship are governed by the formal offer, employment agreement or collaboration agreement.

23

23. Changes, Suspension and Other Legal Terms

REALSUCC may update these Terms as the website, business, security or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted here. Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice where appropriate.

REALSUCC may lawfully restrict, suspend or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, threatens security, engages in fraud or abuses the website. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. Invalid provisions will be adjusted to the extent permitted by law and the remainder will continue in effect.

Use of the website does not automatically create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary or franchise relationship. Force majeure, corporate reorganizations and permitted assignments are handled under applicable law.

24

24. Commercial Agreements, Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to a specific engagement will be determined by the relevant REALSUCC operating entity, mandatory applicable law and, where applicable, the signed commercial agreement. Parties should first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

If this website is made available in multiple languages, the versions are provided for convenience. Any interpretation should consider the original published context and applicable law; for a specific client engagement, the signed commercial agreement prevails.

25

25. Contact and Related Policies

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the official REALSUCC Contact page. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice. For a client engagement, the applicable signed commercial documents prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
